Overland Media provides digital marketing services including search engine optimization (SEO), website design and development, pay-per-click advertising, marketing automation, e-commerce solutions, and print design. Specific terms governing individual service engagements — including scope, deliverables, timelines, payment, and revision policies — are set out in separate client agreements or proposals, which form part of the contractual relationship between you and Overland Media.
All service inquiries submitted through our contact form are subject to our review. Submission of an inquiry does not constitute a binding agreement or guarantee of service.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, icons, and software — is the property of Overland Media or its respective content providers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may view and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from this Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Work product created by Overland Media for clients (websites, ad creatives, written content, design assets) is governed by the intellectual property terms in the applicable client agreement.
